Mr & Ms CIA 2018 is the very first beauty pageant among students. It is a night of elegance, beauty and wit. 16 lovely contestants strut down the runway and show what it truly means to be confidently beautiful. But only 1 stunning lady and gorgeuos hunk will have the chance to win the title. Each candidate will also be judged for each segment like BEST IN PRODUCTION NUMBER, BEST IN SPORTSWEAR, BEST IN FANTASY COSTUME, MR & MS PHOTOGENIC.
